DIETETIC MEALS
A correct, varied and complete diet, a balanced diet whose most recognized model is the Mediterranean diet, allows on the one hand that our body functions normally (that covers our basic biological needs - we need to eat to be able to live -) and on the other, it prevents or at least reduces the risk of suffering certain alterations or diseases in the short and long term.
The meal is fundamental in people but if we want to have a good body and an excellent health we need to learn to ingest healthy products for our wellbeing.
